ARL and the Housed Shared Living Summit announce partnership
ARL has been confirmed as Strategic Partner of the Housed Shared Living Summit 2026, while Housed: The Shared Living Podcast joins ARL as a Silver Partner reflecting a collaborative partnership focused on advancing insight, dialogue and operational best practice across the BTR sector and wider shared living landscape.
The partnership supports ARL’s launch of its new Code of Practice and Customer Charter, designed to define clear standards for BTR and establish a foundation for reshaping perceptions of rental living. Developed in collaboration with BTR Alliance, the initiative aims to elevate consistency, transparency and professionalism across the sector for the benefit of residents, investors and operators alike.
Building on the weekly conversations led by hosts Sarah Canning, Deenie Lee and Dan Smith in Housed: The Shared Living Podcast, the Housed Shared Living Summit at UKREiiF 2026 will explore this convergence, providing a platform for BTR, PBSA, co-living, HMOs, rented later living and university accommodation operators, investors and industry stakeholders to understand, debate and shape the future of shared living across all rental segments.
Brendan Geraghty, CEO, ARL, commented: "UKREiiF has established itself as the place to be for investment in UK real estate. The ARL has supported the event in previous years with content across pavilions, with the Housed Shared Living Summit, BTR now has a natural home for focused debate, networking and challenging discussion. We are delighted to be partnering to shape the content of the programme at UKREiiF, and to work with the Housed team to inspire future events for the sector.”
Sarah Canning, Host and Co-founder, Housed Shared Living Summit, added: “Having Brendan and Graham of the ARL as strategic partners of Housed the Shared Living Summit at UKREiiF adds a huge depth of knowledge and experience to support us in curating an innovative and exciting event. In return, we look forward to adding value to ARL events and collaborating with their members throughout 2026. We are excited to see where this partnership will take the sector with our collective voices advocating and challenging the shared living sector.”
The Housed Shared Living Summit will take place at UKREiiF between 19th-21st May in Leeds.
